Polish Ol 49 class 2-6-2 locomotive is being coaled at the Wolzstyn roundhouse while another OL 49 is accelerating out of town with its passenger train.

Up until the late 1980s, Poland was still using quite a bit of steam. After the wall came down, they got rid of their steam locomotives and great numbers very quickly. I heard reports of hundreds of locomotives being exploded with dynamite and scrapped. They did save their steam operation in Wolsztyn near Poznan has a sort of living/working Museum.
