Top : Park Trains : Arkansas - Queen Wilhelmina State Park
On a recent vacation trip through western Arkansas, I happened onto this operation at Queen Wilhelmina State Park. The guy running the train tells me that they have 2 G-16s on line but one is currently being overhauled and repainted into the KCS's new "Southern Belle" scheme. They run on about 2 miles of track atop Rich Mountain just west of Mena, Arkansas. Go check it out next time you're in that part of the world!
